At Kitchen Hack, your satisfaction is important to us. While all sales are final for most personal reasons, we do offer refunds or resends under specific conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds or Resends

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that arrive defective or damaged during shipping.

Refunds or reshipments are also available if:

The product arrives damaged

You receive the wrong item

The item is defective or of poor quality

To request a refund or resend:

Contact us at support@kitchenhack.co.uk within 30 days of receiving the product

Include your order number, a brief explanation, and photo or video evidence

If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost.

In these cases, you are not required to return the item.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds, resends, or returns in the following situations:

You ordered the wrong item, colour, or product by mistake

You changed your mind after ordering

You are dissatisfied due to personal preference

If you still wish to return the item for personal reasons, you must:

Ship it back to our warehouse in China

Cover the return shipping cost yourself
(We will provide the return address upon request.)

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are allowed only before the order has been shipped.

You must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request cancellation.

Once the packaging and shipping process has started, your order can no longer be cancelled.

Exchanges

We do not offer traditional product exchanges at this time.

If you received an incorrect or defective item, a resend will be issued instead of an exchange.
